Before club galas a slip is handed out to the swimmers who have been chosen. This slip must be returned as soon as possible to the Team Managers – Eben Muse or Duncan Cox. It is an almost impossible task to field a team if they don’t know well in advance if you can attend. It usually means that they have to phone round, often late in the day, and this is very time consuming and expensive!
